Am- We ran the usual 3 miles to arctic circle Pm- warm and cool then we did the 1600 time trial i didnt do as good as i wish i would of but i will just push myself harder and not beat myself up because of it like coach said. But after it was over on the cool down my knee was starting to hurt again and it hasnt since like a week and a half ago so that isnt good i think i have a little bit of tendonitis i guess i will just have to push through it and take care of myself.
