this was a pretty good race i felt like i gave a really strong effort but there was definitely parts of the race where i wasnt racing as hard as i could of. I was hoping to go under 16:30 but im still happy with 16:44 its a new course pr from my first time this year when i ran a 18:48 so i guess there was some good improvement there. Next race at snow canyon im not going to settle into racing comfortably and im going to push to a sub 16:30.

Nice race, Jake! Your huge course PR shows just how much you've improved this season!
