am- I just took it easy didnt try to stay up with everyone just trying to let my foot heal

afternoon- This was just another 3 miles with the girls and reed down to hot nails. It was really easy my foot and leg were bothering me a bit but not much. I feel really good about myself because im archy's favorite freshman everyone else hates me but me and archy are tight.

and K is the number (top 10 only) or rank in the team.
