AM-This morning was a pretty dope morning run. I woke up to a most grand surprise of a lushes beautiful blanket of snow across washington and there was great quarter sized snow flakes falling. Now if you aren't from St. George you might not understand the phenomenon something like that is but it was quite cool. The run itself was nice pretty cold on the way out with snow nailing us in the eyes but nothing I couldn't handle. On the way back just for the sake of Yolo I took my shirt off to let myself fully experience the snow as no little St. George kid ever has.

PM-This afternoon was a swell run. We did some laps around the track for our entire run which was somewhat strange but if I ever decide to take the route of nascar I got to get used to lots of laps anyways so I'm ok with it. After like 20+ laps we stopped for the great Decatholon of PVHS, this is a meet of epicness held by pv consisting of 10 events to find out who could be the best all around athlete, today was the 400 and shot put. In the 400 I didn't do well at all running a meager 1:05 but in the shot put I made it into the 21+ group throwing 23' 2" and who wouldn't be proud to have the rights of someone 21+. After all of this stuff we went into the gym to get swoll and I lifted like a beast getting some good benching, squating, and all the other stuff we're supposed to do. Additionally I added my own workout onto it doing 15 sets of 5 to get some defined triceps so that all the ladies will be calling for me ;) "I didn't even have to use my AK, I gotta say it was a good day."

Something dope of the day: Well because of the great snow lets just say school was optional ;) so hung out with some beast friends and all I gotta say is "Sanbergs" :P you would have to be on our team and use some critical thinking to get that if you weren't there so sorry to stump some of you

P.S. Sorry for the late entry tomorrow's will be on time 8:00 EST see Ya later!
