AM- This was a new distance record for our 30 minute morning runs about 4.2 miles. We made it almost all the way to Starbucks which is pretty far like you don't even know. I felt fabulous this morning and I just wanted to sing for fun.
PM- I got about 7.8 miles roughly and because of the Decatholon was just doing random laps in between events. Little A.J. Baker ran with me on some of the laps so that is swag.
Today in the Decatholon was the 110 hurdles, 200 m, and the high jump. I did mediocre in most of the events. My hurdles I didn't really go fast I just gracefully beat everyone in my heat with a solid 20.48 or something like that. I soared over them as graceful as a golden eagle pulling a goat off a mountain. In the 200 m I ran a very impressive 28.84 lol trust me that's inpressive. Then in the high jump I just kinda took it easy did some light jumping and stopped at 4' 6".
Something dope of the day: Everyone look up Golden eagle pulling goat off mountain. It is sad but at the same time exceedingly funny and I'd recommend watching it to anybody.
