Did about 7 miles today 5 of them on our swag track, nascar is prolly pretty dope, then after lots of laps today was 300 hurdles and javelin for the Decatholon. In the 300 hurdles I was prepping to go ham. I ended with a 50.04 not the best but solid. Javelin was not anything that would impress any of you as I threw a not so solid 46' 10".
Something dope of the day: I ate a nature valley granola bar that has strawberry yogurt stuff on the bottom. If you haven't had one you really should. It was the dopest thing of all
