I haven't blogged in a while but I'm going to become more consistent with it now. So today we did DI warm up loop then we had mile repeats at 85% which was about 6:10 so not to bad. The first one felt super easy I did that in 6:09 the second was a little bit more strenuous but still didn't feel to hard I did that one in 6:04 after harts cool down and we headed to the weight room. Stoked for trail run Tuesday tomorrow
