AM-3 miles easy I wore my zero drop shoes helped me land on my toes pretty well they made my calfs a little sore like they always do so I'm stretching icing and rolling that like always and I'm probably going to wear my pure cadences tomorrow
PM-1 mile warm and 1 mile cool to Pizza Hut did 1 minutes today was a little off didn't do quite as well as I would have liked to but I still did decent and had a good workout I got 11 of them. Had weights after got a pretty good work out from those. All in all I had a pretty good run today even without getting we many minutes as I would like to I will just have to try harder next time and hopefully push to getting all 15 .
