A.M. We just ran the usual to arctic circle and back nothing to report on that.
P.M. We ran warm up and cool down to harts taiki the japnese dude came. Then we went to the track and did 4 x 1 mile i was supposed to be hitting 6:07 and my times were 6:12 6:12 6:12 6:17 so a little off but it was still a pretty good run there is no going back and changing those times so i just have to improve next week. But now my knee is starting to hurt really bad again it was gone the last couple of runs but now its hurting worse than it has been before now it hurts to go up stairs and do stuff with lifting my leg up. Been kind of walking with a limp since the workouts been over. |
