AM 3 miles easy
PM today we had 5x1000 i had a pretty good workout hit all my times like i was wanting to pretty much first was 4:02 felt good that whole one the second one is the only one i would of liked to be a little bit faster because i tried to imporve a little each time but still a solid 4:02 the third one i had a good improvement to 3:55 then the next one 3:51 then the last i got 3:45 pretty good controlled workout today not to hard but still a decent effort.
