Today we ran up green springs and did 3 fart lecks it was a fairly easy run and it was good my knee felt tons better just slightly sore in the beginning the only bad part was that at about the last 1 and 1/2 mile i really had to go to the bathroom i ended up missing the striders so i went out to do them by myself and i just finished the 2nd one when the girls came and told me we had to do weights first and for some reason i listened to them and just ended up not doing the striders. |
