today we had a michigan it was a pretty good workout i pushed it pretty hard and stayed pretty good the whole way throught the last 1.5 mile section my legs were getting pretty tired but i just kept with it the whole way and had a pretty strong last 400 with a like 1:20 even though my time was better last time(25:51) i still think it was pretty good at 25:55 i felt like i pushed it way harder than last time even though its not a pr im happy with this run.
